By definition, it is impossible to focus on two things at once -- and this especially applies to your keyword-strategy! The best approach is to build links with a single consistently targeted keyword phrase per page. Sure, the keyword phrase can change over time -- but even in change, consistency should be the goal.2. If you're about to proceed with an SEO campaign, you need to be ready for the sheer amount of data you need to amass and process in order to do it right. It allows you to capture, copy, paste and edit text, images, video and audio in a snap and store them all together in a bunch of 'notebooks', 'chapters' and 'pages'. It really is a doddle to use and it suddenly makes the whole process of SEO information capture and reporting a simple process. It's even more useful if you are working on multiple clients. Using our SEO template (created after much testing and trial and error) we simply create a new notebook for each new client. All the chapters and pages are then laid out read to use - we just fill them in. But the real bonus comes with the integration of the whole Office suit.For example, part of any SEO campaign is a regular check of rankings - add in some tasks to OneNote and they will automatically be added into Outlook with reminders to ensure you do the job. But there's more! Perform a link check on your competitors and simply copy and paste the Google results straight into Onenote, no messing.
